Hi there!

Like many people, I can be guilty of not putting enough thought into what I cook – and that’s why I’ve created this blog! I’m hoping it’ll give me the motivation to try new things rather than shy away from the kitchen, and to focus more on what I’m actually putting into my body and how to make it healthier.

I’m a pescetarian, so most of my recipes will be suitable for vegetarians, but there’ll be a few fish dishes thrown in too.
